My name is Francisco Hernandez. I am a first-gen college student from rural Idaho. In 2021, I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors in Arts and Letters. In 2023, I graduated with a Masters in Education in my alma mater. Between 2021 and 2025, I taught in a non-profit private grade school in Dallas, Texas.

After leaving the classroom, I began working as a seasonal National Park Service ranger in Idaho. Currently during the government shutdown, I am residing in Idaho waiting to transfer to Washington state for my next park.
